摘    要:河北承德某萤石矿,主要有价矿物萤石、含量为30.27%,脉石矿物为石英,含量43.12%,其次是正长石、赤铁矿、泥化的高岭石、绢云母和磷灰石等矿物,矿石中萤石与石英及其它矿物赋存关系复杂,存在极细的石英与萤石相互包裹现象,萤石嵌布粒度极细且不均匀,并存在部分氧化的特点。矿山原来的工艺流程已与目前矿石性质不相适应,已严重影响矿山的生产经营和持续发展。开展对矿石及萤石精矿工艺矿物学研究,重点对捕收剂和抑制剂进行选择,最终采用阶段磨矿,再磨再选,精矿5次精选的浮选流程,最终可实现含CaF2品位为97.32%、SiO2含量为1.46%、回收率为64.76%的精矿产品,实现了酸级精矿粉的生产,为该选厂提供了技术支持,实现了萤石资源经济效益的最大化。

A difficult quartz-type fluoritemineflotationpurification process teststudy
Abstract:In a fluorite mine in Chengde, Hebei Province, the main valuable mineral is fluorite, with a content of 30.27%, and the gangue mineral is quartz, with a content of 43.12%, followed by orthoclase, hematite, argillized kaolinite, sericite and apatite. The occurrence relationship between fluorite and quartz and other minerals in the ore is complex, there is the phenomenon of very fine quartz and fluorite wrapping each other, and the embedded particle size of fluorite is very fine and uneven, It has the characteristics of partial oxidation. The original process flow of the mine has been incompatible with the current ore properties, which has seriously affected the production, operation and sustainable development of the mine. The research on process mineralogy of ore and fluorite concentrate is carried out, focusing on the selection of collectors and inhibitors. Finally, the flotation process of stage grinding, re grinding and re concentration and five times concentration of concentrate is adopted. Finally, the concentrate product with CaF2 grade of 97.32%, SiO2 content of 1.46% and recovery rate of 64.76% can be realized, the production of acid grade concentrate powder is realized, which provides technical support for the concentrator, The economic benefits of fluorite resources are maximized.
