某高磷鲕状赤褐铁矿的焙烧-磁选试验研究

摘    要:介绍了四川某铁矿原矿铁品位38%左右,并且主要以鲕状赤褐铁矿形式存在,同时含磷高达0.65%左右,重点对此矿石进行了还原焙烧-磁选选矿试验,得到了含铁品位60%以上,铁的回收率在70%以上的铁精矿,同时铁精矿含磷也降到0.3%.解决了该铁矿含磷高,不能利用的关键问题.

Abstract:An iron grade in an iron ore from mainly in the form of oolitic hematite-limonite ore. Sichuan Province is about 38%, and the iron ore is While a phosphorus content is up to about O. 65%. Then the roasting reduction-magnetic separation of the ore was done in the test. The test achieves an iron concentrate with an iron grade of over 60%, an iron recovery of above 70%, and the phosphorus content reduces to 0.3%. It has solved the key problem of the iron ore containing high phosphorus and the iron ore can be used now.
