从钛浮选尾矿中回收钛铁矿的试验研究

摘    要:对攀钢选钛厂细粒级钛铁矿浮选尾矿采用强磁-磨矿-浮选工艺,得到的钛精矿品位46.34%,产率3.12%,并建议采用“浮钛尾矿强磁选 富集,磨矿后返回原强磁-浮选流程”工艺回收尾矿中钛铁矿。

Abstract:The Titanium Concentrator of Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co.used the high intensity magnetic separation grinding flotation process to treat the flotation tailings of fine ilmenite.Grade of the titanium concentrate,obtained by the process,accounted for 46.34%,yield accounted for 3.12%.It was suggested that ilmenite in the tailings be recovered using the following process:flotation titanium tailings were concentrated and ground,then returned back to the original high intensity magnetic separation flotation process.
