液固流化床分选粗煤泥技术发展与应用

摘    要:介绍了液固流化床粗煤泥分选技术在粗煤泥分选中的的优势和缺点。针对TBS分选机存在的缺点,阐述了其基本分选原理和分选结构,并介绍了国内外液固流化床分选粗煤泥技术的发展与应用情况,分析了液固流化床粗煤泥分选技术的发展思路、现状和趋势。分析表明,液固流化床分选粗煤泥技术的发展趋势是,提高液固流化床分选机在目前工业应用中2~0.25mm粒级范围内的分选效果和处理量,同时要减少粒度对分选的影响,强化其按密度分选作用,提高其在宽粒级的分选效果,进一步扩大其分选范围。
