| 摘 要： | 在分析国内转炉炼钢技术现状的基础上 ,总结了国内在铁水脱硫预处理、转炉长寿工艺与长寿复吹技术、高效冶炼工艺等方面的经验。转炉炼钢是中国目前最主要的炼钢方法 ,转炉炼钢技术的进步对我国炼钢生产技术的发展起到巨大的推动作用。近 5年来 ,铁水脱硫预处理工艺和以长寿复吹转炉高效复吹工艺为代表的转炉炼钢技术得到了迅速的发展 ,取得了明显的经济效益。今后要进一步发展完善铁水脱硫和转炉炼钢技术。

| Abstract: | Based on theanalysis of current tec hnical situation of converter steelmaking in China, the experiences in the field s of hot metal desulphurization, long life combined-blowing and high efficiency smelting techniques are summarized.Currently the converter steelmaking is the major steel production method in China.Its technical progress can greatly promo te the steelmaking technology in China.In recent 5 years, the converter steelma king technology, which is represented by hot metal desulphurization, long life c onverter combined-blowing and high efficiency smelting techniques has got great progress and benefit.The direction of the further technical development is pro posed. |
