Abstract:The formation and growth mechanisms of nano-particles synthesized by high-temperature flame vapour deposition are reviewed,and the factors affecting the particle size and size distribution,such as the flame pattern,the composition and flow rate of gas,and the type of precursor,are also described in the article.
