钒对弹簧钢35SiMnB淬透性和等温转变曲线的影响

摘    要:试验研究了含钒的35SiMnVB和不含钒的35SiMnB钢的等温转变曲线和淬透性曲线,结果表明,微量钒可显著提高35SiMnB弹簧钢的淬透性,这与钒有利于发挥硼对钢淬透性的影响有关。

Abstract:The isothermal transformation curve and the hardenability curve of steel 35SiMnVB containing vanadium and steel 35SiMnB non containing vanadium have been tested and studied. The results show that the hardenability of spring steel 35SiMnB appreciably increased with adding micro vanadium. It is available to bring the influence of boron on hardenability into full play by adding vanadium.
