摘    要:对鞍钢2150 mm热连轧机组工作辊轴承冲击载荷分布及疲劳失效等有关数据进行了统计分析,详细论证了轴承的失效形式及失效原因。同时结合现场实际,制定了具体改进措施,实施后提高了轴承使用寿命,降低了设备维护成本。

Abstract:This paper statistically analyzes some relevant data on the impact load distribution and fatigue failure of bearings to work rolls in Angang 2150 mm hot continuous rolling mill train,and demonstrates in detail the causes leading to failures of the bearings and types of the failures.And then some concrete measures for improvement are taken with respect to the actual conditions at site.By taking these measures,the service life of bearings is prolonged and the maintenance cost for the equipment is reduced.
