锗对硫酸锌电解液电积锌的影响

摘    要:通过对电流效率,沉积物表面形貌和阴极极化曲线分析,阐明了锗对硫酸锌电解液电积锌的影响。研究表明,当溶液中锗的浓度大于0.04 mg/L时,电流效率从没有杂质锗存在时的89.2%下降到80%以下,且沉积物表面出现小孔。通过对阴极极化曲线的分析,得到了不同锗浓度下锌电积的平衡电位以及阴极动力学参数(交换电流密度J0和传质系数α),进而说明杂质锗的存在会削弱阴极极化,改变锌电沉积机理。

Abstract:The effect of Ge on zinc deposition in zinc electrolyte was investigated by means of current efficiency,EPMA photographs of the surface of zinc deposits and polarization curves analyses.The results show that a decrease in current efficiency from 89.2% in the absence of Ge to less than 80% when Ge concentration was over 0.04 mg/L,and some holes were found on the surface of zinc deposits.Equilibrium potential and kinetics parameters such as exchanging current density and transfer coefficient of cathode of zinc deposition in the presence of Ge were obtained according to analysis results of polarization curves,it is proved that cathode polarization will be weakened and the mechanism of zinc electrodeposit will be changed.
