高铁闪锌矿精矿加压酸浸新工艺研究

摘    要:提出了高铁闪锌矿加压酸浸新工艺。结果表明,高铁闪锌矿一段加压酸浸时锌浸出率大于95%,二段加压浸出时锌浸出率大于98%;二段加压浸出能够实现锌和铁的选择性浸出,降低浸出液酸度。

Abstract:The new leaching technology, i.e. acid leaching under pressure, that is used on high iron containing sphalerite, is introduced. The test results show the zinc leached rate in first step is more than 95%, and it is more than 98% on the second step, so the two step leaching process can achieve the following targets: zinc and iron leached selectivity and reduce the acidity of the leaching solution.
