摘    要:简介了莱钢1号小方坯连铸机改造为带钢坯连铸机在经济上的合理性,阐明了连铸机的主要工艺参数和带钢坯的品种结构。连铸机改造分阶段进行。经改造后的新型连铸机成功地应用了定径水口不断流快速更换、结晶器液面自动控制、多点矫直等多项连铸新技术和自主开发的新技术;并通过对中问包包形、保护渣、结晶器流场等的进一步优化。确保其达到安全、高效、稳定、顺行的理想效果。

Abstract:This paper introduces the economic rationality on reforming No.1 billet CCM to a narrow slab CCM for strip rolling mill in Laigang,illustrates the main technical parameters of the CCM and the product mix of the narrow slab.The reforming project has been done in two steps.Many new technologies such as: meterring nozzle quick changing,mould level autocontrol,multipoint straightening and a lot of independently developed new technologies were successfully used in the new style of CCM.By optimizing the shape of tundish,high grade protecting slag and flow field in mould,perfect effects are gained in operation.
