摘    要:本文针对陕西某低品位难选碳酸锰矿开展选矿工艺试验研究,并分别进行了两种不同品位矿样的选矿试验。结果表明,对于品位8.87%的低品位贫矿,采用磁选可获得锰品位14.35%,回收率89.59%的锰精矿;对于锰品位10.68%的混合样,磁选可获得品位16.02%,回收率88.61%的锰精矿,选别指标较好。

Abstract:Tests of dressing process for Shanxi low-grade refractory manganese carbonate ore were conducted with focus on the beneficiation of two grades of ore samples. The results show that for the 8.87% grade of lean ore, using magnetic separation can obtain manganese concentrate with grade of 14.35% and recovery of 89.59%, while for the mixed sample with grade of 10.68%, manganese concentrate with grade of 16.02% and recovery of 88.61% can be obtained, indicating good separation indexes.
