碳纤维表面镀铜的镀液稳定性

摘    要:针对碳纤维具有疏水性难以在其表面上直接镀铜的特点,研究了碳纤维的表面改性处理,研究了影响化学镀铜溶液稳定性的因素.结果表明:采用高温灼烧除胶和过硫酸铵氧化,较好地改善了碳纤维的疏水性,提高了碳纤维表面的粗糙度;同时采用双络合体系,加入适量的2,2′-联吡啶、亚铁氰化钾,提高了镀液稳定性,碳纤维表面镀层光亮、均匀、致密,具有较好的结合力.

Abstract:It is hard to deposit copper on carbon fibers directly because of the fibers' hydrophobicity.In this study,surface treatment methods and influencing factors during electroless plating process are discussed.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) observations of the fibers before and after oxidation in air at high temperature and oxygenation in(NH_4)_2S_2O_8 show that the roughness of the surface is greatly improved.The hydrophicity of the fibers is also improved a lot.Electroless plating solution is of better stability when both potasium ferrocyanide and 2,2'-dipyridyl are taken as double complexing agents.Copper coating formed on carbon fiber is bright,uniform,dense and of good adhesion to the fiber.
