稀土对冷轧深冲薄板成形性能的影响

摘    要:在工业性生产的试验条件下,研究了稀土加入对冷轧深冲钢成形性能的影响,试验结果表明,稀土处理钢的冷轧板卷具有良好的成形性能,其r值比不含稀土的钢明显要高,而n值相当;稀土能明显改善钢在成形过程中的拉胀性能和翻边性能;试验钢的组织为铁索体 游离渗碳体,稀土加入可球化钢中的夹杂物,改善钢的各向异性.

Abstract:This paper discusses the effect of rare earth element on formability of cold-rolling deep drawing steel under the test conditions of industrial production.It indicates that the cold-rolling coils treated by rare earth steel have good formability.Its value is higher than those without rare earth,and n value is equivalence.Rare earth element can improve the drawing-bulging and flanging in steel forming process.The micro-structures are ferrites and free cementite.Rare earth element adding inclusions of spheroidizing steel can improve anisotropy of steel.
