| 摘 要： | 由于连铸机二冷水系统管路堵塞，导致铸坯表面裂纹严重。分析认为，主要是冷却水水质差、水温高、喷淋管结垢多导致的水流速度慢、易形成气堵等原因造成的。通过采取使用离子静电水处理器提高水质、将原长管式喷淋管改为环形喷淋管等措施，解决了管路堵塞问题，使二冷配水模型得以准确实现，提高了连铸坯的质量，其热顶锻及理化检验一次合格率均达到96％以上。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis for pipeline block arisen from secondary water cooling system in R11m continuous casting machine, the relevant modification for this cooling system was carried out by special steel plant of Laiwu Iron and Steel Co.Ltd., and made the secondary water distribution module to be realized accurately, resulting in the improvement of billet quality accordingly. |
