| 摘 要： | 济钢在２５ｔ转炉扩容改造中，主要采取了改进炉衬砖型、氧枪改造、出钢口改型等技术措施，并对冶炼、连铸等工艺参数进行了调整。改造后钢水量由３７．７１ｔ／炉提高到４０．５１ｔ／炉，冶炼周期缩短１４s，溅渣率达１７．１％，炉龄达５２５３炉。

| Abstract: | In the process of extending capacity of 25t converter, the reformation is mainly consisted of improving brick shape used in liner,reforming oxygen lance,tap and regulating the process parameter of smelting and continuous casting I etc. After reformation the liquid steel quantity is increased from 37. 71t/heat to 40. 51t/heat,the smelting period is reduced 14s,the splashing ratio is enhancing 17. 1%,and the furnace campaign is up to 5253 heats. |
