黄河积石峡水电站高流态混凝土试验与应用研究

摘    要:黄河积石峡水电站由于条件限制,压力钢管底部和某些重点部位的入仓混凝土无法振捣,要求采用高流态自密实混凝土,为此进行了高流态混凝土配合比的试验研究。通过对原材料(水泥、粉煤灰、外加剂、骨料)试验、混凝土配合比(粗骨料比例、砂率、减水剂对水泥的适应性、减水剂对混凝土的扩散度损失的影响、混凝土配合比)试验、试验结果(混凝土拌和物性能、混凝土力学性能、混凝土耐久性指标)校核等。得到积石峡水电站工程施工要求的高流态自密实混凝土经济配合比。实际应用表明,浇注的上万方高流态、自密实的混凝土,未发现裂缝现象,保证了工程主节点的工期,取得了良好的技术性能和经济效益。
