浅议混凝土面板裂缝与控制

摘    要:国内外已建面板坝工程其混凝土面板裂缝是普遍存在的,但多数只是小于0.2mm的微细裂缝,它们不贯穿或少数贯穿某个浇筑块。当面板垫层设计考虑不周,混凝土原材料选择及配合比设计不合理以及施工控制不当等因素均会降低面板的抗裂性能。根据混凝土原材料选择及配合比设计,模拟面板施工时段以及水库运行期的温度、湿度变化对面板的影响等试验数据,论述了面板的裂缝变化与合理控制。

Abstract:At existed concrete faced rockfill dams in China and abroad , most concrete face slabs often crack with fine cracks of 0.2mm and not or a few running through the lift . Crack resistance of concrete face slab will be reduced by inadequate design of slab bedding , unreasonable selection of concrete raw materials and mix proportion design and improper construction control . According to selection of concrete raw materials and mix proportion design , influence of temperature and humidity changes on slab during construction period and reservoir operation period in simulated and face slab crack changes and crack control are presented .
