三峡右岸水电站机组检修风险分析及对策

三峡右岸水电站设备设施多,每年岁修工期长,工作量巨大,且检修过程中往往存在多种风险。基于这些原因,对三峡右岸水电站机组检修过程中有关设备及水工建筑物本身潜在的主要风险进行分析,并提出相应的防范对策,可用于规范相关检修流程,避免安全事故的发生,也可供其他水力发电厂参考借鉴。

Analysis on risks from maintenance of hydropower generating unit in Three Gorges Right Bank Hydropower Station and relevant countermeasures

With various equipment and facilities, the annual maintenance of Three Gorges Right Bank Hydropower Station is long and of heavy-duty character. The working period of the annual maintenance is longer with a huge working amount for each year， moreover， many risks are also there during the maintenance. Based on these reasons， an analysis on the main potential risks from the relevant equipment and the hydraulic structure itself during the maintenance of the hydropower generating units in the Three Gorges Right Bank Hydropower Station is made herein， and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward， which can not only standardize the relevant maintenance processes and avoid the possible safety accidents， but can also provide some references for the other hydropower plants concerned.
