甲醇钠催化地沟油制备生物柴油研究

Abstract:The process for the transesterification of high-acidity waste cooking oil catalyzed by conc.H2SO4 was studied firstly.The optimal conditions were found to be reaction time of 5h,reaction temperature of 60 ℃,the dosage of conc.H2SO4 1.1%,molar ratio of methanol to oil 9∶1.Sodium methoxide was used as catalyst in preparing biodiesel in the research.Reaction time,reaction temperature,the dosage of sodium methoxide,and ratio of methanol to oil were chosen as four important factors affecting the biodiesel yield.The optimal conditions were obtained after reaction at 65 ℃ for 2 h when 0.8% sodium methoxide and 7∶1 mole ratio of methanol to waste oil were used.The biodiesel obtained may reach the ASTM standards with low cost and simpler technology.
