| Abstract: | In this paper,the water assays during water treatment by membranefor pharmaceutical purposes were discussed.The samples were taken fromthe end product water and water in the process.The ultraviolet absorptionand fluorescent spectra show that organics present in the water sourceare removed by the membrane in the purification process and the purityof the end product water is similar to that of distilled water.In order toavoid contamination from the system,it is suggested that materials usedin RO and UF membrane modules should be selected. |
