| 摘 要： | 介绍香紫苏内酯的气相色谱定量分析方法。采用SE-30毛细管色谱柱，以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物，用氢火焰离子化检测器对香紫苏内酯进行气相色谱内标法定量分析。方法的平均回收率为98．71％，标准差为0．014，变异系数为0．25％，线性相关系数为0．9955。

| Abstract: | A quantitative analysis of sclareolide by capillary gas chromatography with FID detector on SE-30 column and using dibuty phthalate as internal standard was introduced. The results showed that average recovery, standard deviation, variation coefficient and linear correlation were 98.71%, 0. 014, 0.25% and 0. 9955, respectively. |
