摘    要:将超滤技术应用于羊栖菜粗多糖浸提液的浓缩纯化,结果表明,灰分脱除率达到92.3%,蛋白质的脱除率达到79.85%,脱盐率大于98.9%,脱色率达到91%,多糖的截留率为90.96%,多糖制品的纯度达到86.4%。

Abstract:Ultrafiltration was applied to concentrate and purify crude Sargassum Fusiorme Polysaccharide (SFP) extract. The results indicated that the deprivation rate of ash and protein was up to 92.3% and 79.85%, the desalting rate was over 98.9%, the discolouring rate was up to 91%, the interception rate of polysaccharide was 90.96%, the purity of polysaccharide product was up to 86.4%.
