| 摘 要： | 将超滤技术应用于羊栖菜粗多糖浸提液的浓缩纯化，结果表明，灰分脱除率达到92．3％，蛋白质的脱除率达到79．85％，脱盐率大于98．9％，脱色率达到91％，多糖的截留率为90．96％，多糖制品的纯度达到86．4％。

| Abstract: | Ultrafiltration was applied to concentrate and purify crude Sargassum Fusiorme Polysaccharide (SFP) extract. The results indicated that the deprivation rate of ash and protein was up to 92.3% and 79.85%, the desalting rate was over 98.9%, the discolouring rate was up to 91%, the interception rate of polysaccharide was 90.96%, the purity of polysaccharide product was up to 86.4%. |
