两段式加压粉煤气化技术

摘    要:两段式加压粉煤气化技术是对气流床干粉气化技术的引进和改进,降低了氧耗,节省了循环冷煤气的压缩功耗,省去庞大的辐射式废锅。将几种气化工艺进行了对比,指出两段式加压气化工艺有别于Shell一段式气化、Dow两段式水煤浆气化和日本开发的粉煤两段式气化工艺,拥有中国的自主知识产权。同时指出了该工艺最关键的几个问题,如含碳飞灰的捕集和返烧、碳转化率、甲醇含量等。

Abstract:Two stage pressure gasification technology based on pulverized coal is an outcome of revamping on the licensed entrained flow gasification of dried coal powder. It has China-owned intellectual property rights. It has the advantage of minimizing oxygen consumption, saving the compression power for recycling the cold gas and what is more, the big radiate waste-heat boiler can be saved. Through comparison of several gasification technologies, it is pointed out that the two stage gasification technology has also remaining problems of uncertain carbon conversion rate and unfixed value of methane content.
