| 摘 要： | 用 3,5-二硝基水杨酸 ( DNS)作为显色剂 ,测定了甲壳低聚糖在完全水解前后还原性端基的变化 ,通过这种变化来确定甲壳低聚糖平均聚合度及平均相对分子质量。探讨了这种测定方法的最佳实验条件。用本法测定了三个甲壳低聚糖样品的平均相对分子质量 ,测定结果与 VPO法较吻合

| Abstract: | The mean polymerization degree and relative molecular mass of chitosan oligosaccharide were determined by photometric analysis, by which the change of reductive end group before and after hydrolysis of the oligosaccharide was determined with 3,5 dinitro salicylic acid as photometric reagent. The best experiment condition was discussed in detail. The mean relative molecular mass of three chitosan oligosaccharide samples was determined by this method, the results coincided with that by VPO method. |
