催化裂化柴油氧化法脱硫精制的研究

摘    要:实验采用氧化反应与溶剂萃取及吸附剂吸附相结合的方法对沈阳石蜡化工有限公司催化裂化柴油进行了脱硫实验,过氧化氢与有机酸作氧化剂,实验过程中分别考察了萃取剂种类、添加剂种类、氧化剂用量、添加剂用量、氧化温度、氧化时间等对催化裂化柴油硫含量的影响.

Abstract:The experiment used the method which the oxidizing reaction and the solvent extraction and the absorbent adsorption unified to the Shenyang paraffin wax chemical industry limited company catalytic cracking diesel oil to carry on the desulphurization experiment,the hydrogen peroxide and the organic acid makes the oxidant,in the experimental process separately inspected the extracting agent type,the chemical additive type,the oxidant amount used,the chemical additive amount used,the oxidized temperature,the oxidized time and so on to the content of Sulfur of catalytic cracking diesel oil.
