摘    要:将炭黑采用不同方式添加在PVC材料中,得到其抗静电性能和力学性能的不同规律和结果,并用SEM观察和分析其缺口冲击断面,对其不同规律的性能作出了合理的解释。结果表明:以EVA为炭黑母粒制备的PVC复合材料其炭黑含量低,拉伸强度下降不大,冲击性能和抗静电性能优异。

Abstract:Carbon black was added in PVC materials by using different ways,the antistatic properties and the mechanical properties of the different laws and results were got,and its notched impact sections was analyzed by SEM observation,the reasonable explanation for the performance of the different rules was made.The results showed that EVA as carbon black masterbatch,PVC composite material was prepared its carbon content was low,and its tensile strength decline was small,impact resistance and antistatic performance was excellent.
