碳罐用玻璃纤维增强尼龙材料性能研究

摘    要:以尼龙为基体材料,玻璃纤维为增强材料,考察了不同配方材料和不同焊接工艺对碳罐承压爆破性能的影响。结果表明:有机色粉的引入使得结晶温度下降,试样熔接线强度升高,碳罐的承压爆破性能也得到提高;加入增韧剂后,基体与填充物间相容性下降使得焊接强度下降;当焊接深度在1.5 mm时焊接强度最大,碳罐承压爆破性能最佳;振动频率和振幅对焊接强度的影响不大,焊接压力选择1.4 MPa为宜。

Abstract:Taking nylon as the base material and glass fiber as the reinforcing material,the effects of different formulations and welding processes on the pressure-bursting performance of carbon canister were investigated.The results show that the introduction of organic color powder decreases the crystallization temperature of material,increases the strength of the weld line of the samples and improves the pressure-bursting performance of the carbon canister.With the addition of tougheners,the compatibility between the matrix and glass fiber,and welding strength have decreased.When the welding depth is 1.5 mm,the welding strength is the best,and the pressure-bursting performance of the carbon canister is the best.The vibration frequency and amplitude have little effect on the welding strength,and the welding pressure selection of 1.4 MPa is appropriate.
