利用铅锌尾矿代替粘土和铁粉配料生产水泥熟料的研究

摘    要:试验证明,铅锌尾矿在排除放射性影响的前提下,其有效成分与配料所用粘土成分非常接近,并含有较高的氧化铁成分,完全可以代替粘土和铁粉配料生产水泥熟料,保证水泥性能符合国家标准的质量要求。同时所含微量元素具有熟料烧成矿化作用,可降低熟料烧成能耗和改善熟料质量。

Study on cement production using lead-zinc tailings instead of clay and pyrite for proportioning

Abstract:Experimental results have proved that under the prerequisite of eliminating radiation impact, the useful composition of lead-zinc tailings is very similar to that of clay in raw meal proportioning. Because of a bit high ferric oxide content, it can fully replace clay and pyrite in proportioning to produce qualified cement in line with the state standard request. At the same time, the trace elements it contains can become the mineralizing agent in clinkering process, reduce power consumption in clinkerization and improve clinker quality.
