摘    要:无机膜具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、机械强度大、耐微生物侵蚀等特性,广泛应用在液体分离领域。将膜技术和错流过滤技术相结合是目前膜分离领域的热点。本文以平均孔径为0.22滋m的平板无机Ni膜为过滤介质,对菠萝汁在错流过滤状态下进行了澄清实验,通过考察膜的渗透通量以及菠萝汁过滤前后的粒度分布情况,初步研究了无机Ni膜在错流过滤状态下的过滤性能。

Abstract:Inorganic membranes have been increasingly used in liquid separations because of their advantages over organic membranes in thermal, mechanical and structural stability, chemical and microbiological resistance. At present, it is very common to combine the membrane technology with the cross-flow filtration technology in membrane separation fields. In this paper, inorganic Ni flat membranes with mean pore size of 0.22 (m were used to clarify pineapple juice under cross-flow filtration condition. With analyzing the membrane flux and the granularity distributions of pineapple juice before and after filtration, the filtration performance of the inorganic Ni membrane under cross-flow filtration condition was investigated.
