摘    要:本文以十二胺为原料,通过化学改性合成了一种新型阳离子反浮选脱硅捕收剂,用于湖北某中低品位硅钙质胶磷矿的浮选试验,该胶磷矿硅质得到有效分离.入选原矿P2O5品位17.45%,闭路精矿品位达P2O5 28.5%、回收率80.2%.试验采用双反浮选工艺流程,参数通过单因素及正交试验方法进行了优化.

Abstract:In this paper,dodecylamine was used as a raw material to synthesize a new cation collector by chemical modification.It was applied to a flotation test of processing mid-low grade siliceous-calcareous collophanite from Hubei,and good indices were obtained.By using double-reverse flotation process,single factor experiments,and orthogonal optimization,the grade of the ore was eventually improved from 17.45% to 28.5% in closed circuit with the P2O5 recovery of 80.2%.
