乙烯裂解炉炉管技术改造探讨

摘    要:对原裂解炉运行过程中存在的炉管结焦、炉管高温渗碳和结焦引起的腐蚀问题进行了分析,然后采用了高铬镍舍金35Cr45NiNb辐射炉管代替原有炉管,并就此炉管的更换和焊接总结了一些经验和方法。

Abstract:The corrosion problems in furnace pipe of original cracking furnace due to cumulative carbonization and carbon penetration under high temperature are analyzed. Then, the radiation furnace pipe made of high Cr-Ni alloy 35Cr45NiNb is used to replace the original furnace pipe. The production data of both pipes are completely compared. Moreover, the experience and method about the replacement and welding of furnace pipe are also summed up.
