摘    要:从理论和实验数据论述了降低炉上温度可降低挥发分的逸出量,减少气体带出的粉煤量,进而降低造气过程中的潜热损失。指出控制较低的炉上温度对于降低合成氨造气煤耗具有重大的实际意义。

Abstract:It is presented that decreasing the surface temperature in gasifier can decrease volatile emission and powdered coal entrainment with gas so as to decrease latent heat loss in the course of gasification based on theory analysis and laboratory data. It is pointed out that keeping the temperature low is actually of great meaning for decreasing coal consumption in gasification.
