| Abstract: | The causes of overheating on dome wall, which had been existed on two gasifiers of amonia synthesis plant in CNPC Lanzhou Petroleum Chemical Industrial Co. for a long time, were analysed. With respect to these causes, the shape of furnace brick and length of gasifier burner were adjusted, which solved the problem of overheating effectively. |
