摘    要:分析合成氨装置气化炉长期以来存在的拱顶炉壁超温的原因,针对原因对挂砖外形及气化炉烧嘴长度进行了调整,解决了拱顶炉壁超温的问题。

Abstract:The causes of overheating on dome wall, which had been existed on two gasifiers of amonia synthesis plant in CNPC Lanzhou Petroleum Chemical Industrial Co. for a long time, were analysed. With respect to these causes, the shape of furnace brick and length of gasifier burner were adjusted, which solved the problem of overheating effectively.
