摘    要:考察了影响聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定性的几种化合物,研究确定了几种稳定剂间的协同作用和较佳复配结果.结果表明:NaOH、Fe3+、过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)对PVC的热稳定性均具有破坏作用;Ca/Zn与环氧大豆油(ESO)、β-二酮、亚磷酸酯均具有较好的协同作用,较佳的Ca/Zn稳定剂配方为Ca/Zn总量约2.0份、环氧大...

Abstract:Several compounds affecting the thermal stability of PVC were investigated. The synergistic effects among several stabilizers and optimum mixed results were studied and determined. The research results show that NaOH, Fe3+, benzoyl peroxide (BPO) all have negative effects on the thermal stability of PVC; Ca/Zn with epoxidized soybean oil (ESO), fl-diketone and phosphite ester has better synergistic effects, the optimum forrnulation of Ca/Zn stabilizer is Ca/Zn total amount of 2.0 part, epoxidized soybean oil of 7.0 part, fl-diketone of 0.5 part and phospbite ester of 0.5 part; Ca/Zn, fl-diketone, ESO with organotin have good synergistic effects.
