摘    要:综述了5-氯-2,3-二氢-2-羟基-1-氧代-1H-茚-2-羧酸甲酯的各种合成方法。认为研究开发基于手性配体的金属催化剂是提高产品ee值和产率的重要发展途径。

Abstract:The synthesis of the intermediate:(+) 5-chloro-1-oxo-2,3-dihydroindene-2-carboxylate is the key step in the whole synthesis process of the new pesticide indoxacarb.This reaction step produces chiral molecule structure.The enantiomeric excess and insecticidal activity depend upon the asymmetry of the reaction.In this paper,the current progress of the synthesis of(+) 5-chloro-1-oxo-2,3-dihydroindene-2-carboxylate have been reviewed.It is considered that the development of metallic catalysts based on polydenta...
