文石型碳酸钙对PVC热稳定性能的影响

摘    要:制备了2种文石型碳酸钙(自制碳酸钙和天然碳酸钙),并研究了其对PVC热稳定性能的影响,结果表明:①碳酸钙结晶受到有机大分子的影响,可形成文石结构的碳酸钙晶体;②文石型碳酸钙不利于PVC热稳定性能的提高。

Abstract:Two kinds of aragonite type calcium carbonate (i. e. self-made calcium carbonate and natural calcium carbonate) were prepared, and their influences on the thermal stability of PVC were studied. The results showed that: (1) influenced by organic macro molecules, calcium carbonate crystals with aragonite structure could be formed. (2) aragonite type calcium carbonate was unfavorable to the improvement of thermal stability of PVC.
