Abstract:The process characteristics and control requirements of two sets of PVC production plants, using 70 m3 and 108 m3 polymerizers respectively, at Henan Shenma Chlor -Alkali Development Co. , Ltd. were introduced. The two production plants were compared and summarized from the per-spectives of production process, control level, production efficiency, safety performance, and DCS systern.
