摘    要:研究了一种新型氯乙烯转化器,并在PVC生产中应用。理论研究和实际应用表明:在转化器尺寸和列管数量都不变的情况下,新型转化器单台产能可提高50%以上,节省触媒用量50%以上。采用新型转化器将带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:A ncw kind of vinyl chloride convcrtcr has been devclopcd and put into practice. Both the thcorctical analysis and thc actual production performance havc showed that this new kind of vinyl chloride convcrtcr could increase production capacity by more than 50% and at thc samc timc savc catalyst consumption by more than 50% comparing with the traditional vinyl chloride convcrtcr, given thc samc convcrtcr dimcnsion and numbcr of tubcs. The adoption of this ncw kind of converter will produce enormous economic benefits and social benefits.
