Application of quality tools to the management of PVC process quality

On the basis of quality tool software,the technology of statistical process control and process capability analysis was used to prevent and control the quality of PVC resin production process,and the causes of quality downgrade were analyzed and judged,in order to ensure the process was controllable and met the requirements of process quality.The target compliance rate was improved through the quality control and improvement in the production process.The implementation methods and effects of the statistical process quality control and process capability analysis were described with specific application cases,and it was showed that quality tool software played an important role in continuously improving process quality management of PVC resins。
