摘    要:以无底单室电解池作采集器,根据电解原理和Faraday定律,由待分析的不锈钢样品元素含量确定其近似的电化学摩尔质量(k),选择合适的电解条件使其电解效率为100%,用Faraday定律直接计算被采集的样品质量,结合ICP—AES法快速测定不锈钢样品中的Fe、Cr、Ni、Mn等主要组分的含量。而电解法溶样后用ICP—AES法测定的含量与已知的样品含量较为一致;可见该方法是可行的。

Abstract:A novel electrolytic method for the dissolution of stainless steel sample was suggested in which the stainless steel sample was acted as anode and the electrolysis was carried out in bottomless single compartment electrolytic cell.The amount of sample was calculated by the Faraday's law(m=kIt),and results in consistency with the certified values were obtained.Discussion and optimization of analytical conditions and parameters were also proposed.
