蟹壳制备壳聚糖的工艺研究

摘    要:以干燥蟹壳为原料,采用盐酸脱钙,稀碱脱蛋白,浓碱脱乙酰基的工艺,通过实验得到由蟹壳制备壳聚糖的最佳工艺条件:6%盐酸常温脱钙反应6 h;6%氢氧化钠80℃搅拌反应4 h脱蛋白;得到的甲壳素产品中加入50%氢氧化钠70℃搅拌反应4 h以脱除乙酰基,过滤干燥后即可得到壳聚糖产品。

Abstract:Dry crab shells as raw material,using the process of decalcification by hydrochloric acid,deproteinized by dilute alkali and deacetylation by concentrated alkali,through experiments,the optimum conditions of using crab shells to prepare chitosan were that the shrimp and crab shells were soaked in 6% HCL solution in order to remove the calcium at room temperature for 6 h,then the shells were boiled in 6% NaOH solution to remove protein at 80 ℃ water bath for 4 h,then the products were boiled in 50% NaOH solution to deacetylate at 70 ℃ water bath for 4 h,finally throughout drying and filtering,the chitosan was got.
