| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法对阿司匹林片剂中阿司匹林含量进行定量检测。流动相为甲醇∶水∶冰醋酸=8∶4∶1,检测波长为277 nm,流速为1 mL/min。结果表明在浓度为0.01～0.05 mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为101.5%,RSD在3%以下。该法简便、快捷、准确,适用于肠溶片中阿司匹林含量的测定。

| Abstract: | An analytical method by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） for determination of aspirin content in the tablet was established. The optimum chromatography conditions were as follows ： a mobile phase of methanol ： water ： acetic acid（8 ： 4 ： 1 ）, detective wavelength of 277 nm, and flow rate of 1 mL/min. The results showed a good linear relation was obtained within the aspirin concentration range of 0.01 ~ 0.05 mg/mL, the recovery was 101.5% , and RSD was below than 3 %. The method was convenient and accurate, which can be used to determine the content of aspi- Fin. |
