摘    要:已有的对老药桔的研究大多都集中在矿质元素及重金属元素的测定或其所含营养成份种类的研究上,本研究将把重点放在对老药桔营养成份含量(主要针对糖类,蛋白质,维生素)及其随年份的变化情况上,通过对分析结果的比较得出老药桔营养成份含量最高的年份。

Abstract:In the past, the researches of Chaozhou traditional medicinal oranges were focus on the determination of mineral elements or the variety of nutrition facts. In this paper, the emphasis will be placed on the content of nutrition facts ( aiming at saccharide, protien and vitamins) and its variation with year; and show the year that with the most content of nutrition facts by results comparison.
