大颗粒流态化水泥熟料煅烧试验研究

摘    要:为进一步提高熟料质量,降低烧成热耗,减少污染,开发了大颗粒流化床水泥熟料煅烧装置。采用平均粒径4mm的大颗粒物料,分别进行了冷态和热态模型试验,取得了在高温下,检测和控制流化床中物料流化状况的方法。通过检测和控制流化床压降.实现了流化床的稳定运行;同时,在热模装置上,煅烧出较高质量的水泥熟料。试验研究证明,可以利用流化床来煅烧水泥熟料。即用流化床反应器来代替传统水泥生产中的回转窑和立窑,从而达到降低能耗、提高质量、减少污染的目的。

Abstract:In order to enhance clinker quality and reduce heat consumption and polution, equipment of calcining big-particle fluidization cement clinker is developed. With 4 mm grain of raw material, hot and cold modle test are done apart, method of detecting and controlling material condition in iluidization bed in high temperature is obtained. By detecting and controlling pressure drop of fluidization bed, its steady run realized; and at the same time, high quality cement clinker is calcined. The test study proved it is feasible to calcine cement clinker by fluidization bed, that mean it is feasible to replace tranditional rotary and vertical kiln with fluidization bed reactor in cement production to reduce energy consumption, enhance quality and reduce polution.
