摘    要:研究了甲基丙烯酸锌/丁腈橡胶纳米-微米复合材料的应力-应变特性,物理机械性能与温度间的依赖关系及动态压缩疲劳性能,推测了复合材料内部可能存在的多种物理和化学结构,并提出了一些模型,认为离子键及其所形成的离子簇易于于在外力和热的作用下松驰,使材料的伸长率和永久变形增大,高温性能下降,同时也对材料的常温强度产生贡献,聚甲基丙烯酸锌纳米粒子强的内聚能及其与橡胶间的化学接枝是材料高温性能优异和常温高强度的主要原因。

Abstract:The characteristics of strain -str ess and dynamic compressing properties of Z DMA /NBR nano -micro composite were studied.According to all of these results,the deduction a bout various pos-sible physical and chemical structu res in the com-posite was made,and a model was brought forth to describe these structures.In the co mposite,ionic bonds and ionic clusters formed by io nic bonds easily became relaxation under stress or heat,causing thelarger elongation and the permanent set,and making some contribution to the strength of composites at normal temperature.High cohesive e nergy of nano particles of PZDMA and strong chemic al graft be-tween these nano particles and rubber matrix played the key role in good properties at both normal and high temperature.
