| Abstract: | The conversion of scientific and technological achievements has always been the problem of low rate,Jiangxi Province as less developed regions in central area is particularly prominent.This paper makes an analysis from the causes low rate of scientific and technological achievements.Then it puts forward some proposals and measures to promote the transforming of scientific and technological achievements. |
