| 摘 要： | 本文通过构建甘肃省人力资本贡献率测度模型，运用“岭回归”分析法估算物质资本投入、人力资本存量、劳动力投入及产业结构变动对甘肃经济增长的贡献情况，研究发现，与产业结构变动对经济增长的作用相比，生产要素的增加对经济增长的贡献更大；生产要素中物质资本的弹性系数小于人力资本的弹性系数，但其对经济增长的贡献远远超过人力资本的贡献份额；从长远来看，人力资本对经济增长的作用远大于物质资本对经济增长的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper builds a model of Contribution Rate of Human Capital based on Gansu Province, using ＂ridge regression＂ to estimate the effects of the material capital investment, human capital stock, labor input and industrial structure change on the contribution of its economic growth. The result shows that the increase of production factor has a larger contribution than industrial structure change on economic growth; elastic coefficient of the material capital in production factor is smaller than that of human capital; however, its contribution to economic growth is larger than that of human capital. The influence of human capital on economic growth is much larger than that of physical capital in the long run. |
