基于ObjectARX2010的尺寸链公差自动生成及自动查询方法

针对工程机械中尺寸链公差生成及公差查询繁琐,设计了基于ObjectARX2010的尺寸链公差自动生成及自动查询方法。利用尺寸链自动生成公差模块,借助矩阵搜索尺寸链,根据实际需要,利用完全互换法进行公差分析或利用最优化方法进行公差分配,得到未知组成环或封闭环的公差值,实现公差的自动标注。利用SQL Server 2008数据库,将机械设计手册中有关尺寸公差查询的表格储存起来,由用户输入基本尺寸、公差等级及基本偏差代号,并通过数据库驱动模块检索零件尺寸的上下偏差,以完成公差自动查询模块的设计。通过典型轴零件标注的应用实例,验证了设计方法的快捷性和有效性。

Automatic tolerance generation and query based on ObjectARX2010

Aiming at the complicated issues of tolerance generation and tolerance query in engineering machinery, this paper introduces the methods of the dimensional chain automatic generation of tolerance and the automatic tolerance query. In the module of the dimensional chain automatic generation of tolerance, dimensional chain is searched out with the aid of the matrix. And the tolerance analysis is carried out by using extremum method or the tolerance allocation is executed by applying optimization method according to the actual needs. In the module of the automatic tolerance que- ry, SQL Server 2008 database system is utilized to save the tables about the tolerance query in ＂Mechanical Design- Handbook＂. And user needs to input the fundamental dimensions, the tolerance grade and the basic error code. After- wards the upper and lower deviation of the parts will be obtained by database driver module. Finally,the example of a typical shaft is presented to validate the flexibility and rationality of the given modules.
