摘    要:测量不确定度理论是当今国际上普遍承认和应用的一种实验数据评定理论.在此之前,各种测量和实验均采用传统的误差理论来评价实验结果的可信赖程度.从20世纪70年代开始,人们逐渐认同了这样的事实,即“不确定度”比“误差”更科学.由于它与传统的误差理论既有区别又有联系,在理解上有一定难度,有必要对它的一些特点进行分析,以便在大学物理实验中更好地应用它.

Abstract:Theory of uncertainty in measurement is internationally recognized and applied on the evaluation of experimental data.Before the theory,the theory of errors has been applied.Since the beginning of the 1970s,it has been recognized that "Uncertainty" is more scientific than "Error".As it is difference and also relation with the error theory,so understanding is certain difficulty.It is necessary to analyze its characteristics,so that to apply it better on the experimental physics at university.
